Candle Room: $1,200 room minimum (before tax & gratuity) on Friday & Saturday nights

Stencil Room: $1,000 room minimum (before tax & gratuity) on Friday & Saturday nights

Main Dining Room $3,000 (before tax & gratuity on a Friday night

Main Dining Room: $4,000 (before tax & gratuity) on a Saturday night

Menu & Buffet selections are due two weeks prior to your event.

A final head count is due four days prior. The banquet manager is subject to enforcing a guarantee on your party to cover costs of food and service. There will be a head count taken on the day of your event; you are responsible for paying for all guests accounted for.

$250 deposit is required to hold a room, deposits are nonrefundable. The deposit will be taken off the final check, and the balance will be due at the conclusion of your event.

Bringing your own desserts is permitted. Prices vary relative to party size; please inquire.

Linen Package: White linen tablecloths & standard rust colored linen napkins are complimentary to all parties; other colors are available for a fee. Prices vary; please inquire.

Decorations are permitted and encouraged but please no tacks in the walls.

We ask that you not use any confetti.
Use of confetti will incur a $100 clean up fee.

No more than six separate checks for any size party.

Please inform of us of any allergies so we can accommodate you & your guests with ease.

Main Dining Room


The main dining room is available for parties of up to 75 people. It is available any day or night but some minimums may apply on weekends and holidays. This room has one fireplace and beautiful historic plank wood flooring and exposed beam structure.

Side Rrooms and the Stage House Bar can be added for an additional fee. Please Inquire.

There is a $3,000 minimum (before tax & gratutiy) on Friday Evening and a $4,000 minimum on Saturday Evening for the Main Dining Room.

The Candle Room


The Candle Room is on the second floor (no elevator) and can hold up to 40 people on 4 round tables of ten and the room can accommodate up to 22 people on one long table. This room has one fireplace and beautiful hand painted murals from the turn of the century.

There is a $1,200 minimum (before tax & gratutiy) on Friday and Saturday Evening for the Candle Room

The Stencil Room


The stencil Room is on the second floor (no elevator) and can hold up to 34 people on 3 tables. This is not the best room for 1 table but we can do some creative configurations. This room has two fireplaces.

There is a $1,000 minimum (before tax & gratutiy) on Friday and Saturday Evening for the Stencil Room

The 50's Room


The 50's Room is on the first floor and can hold up to 16 people on 1 table. We can fit 18 people on the small rounds and can be somewhat creative with table configurations. This room has one fireplace.

The Tavern


The Tavern is the refurbished Duell Barn originally located on Raritan Road and was built about 1790 and relocated to this sight in 1961.

There are three levels:

The first floor which has seating for approximately 35 people and a 35 seat bar as well as some additional seating in the bar area.

The second floor loft can hold approximately 24 people

The third floor loft can hold approximately 40 people.

This is a more casual setting and great for more informal parties.

The Cottage


The Cottage also built in the 1700's was brought here in 1961. It consists of 3 small rooms. Two that can be used for seating up to 10-12 people each. The third room is on the second floor and has a pool table and some stools. This room is also good for smaller informal parties and cocktail parties.

The Patio


The Patio is a very popular area and we do not often use it for parties because it is not protected from the elements. However, we do often use the outdoors as a cocktail and reception area (weather permitting) for daytime events and also use it for daytime wedding ceremonies.
